Due to the perishable nature of our regeneratively raised meats and pantry staples, we do not accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your package to ensure all items are present and that products remain frozen or at a safe temperature.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any damage to the packaging or quality concerns with the food, please take clear photos of the items and the shipping box.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos you captured to initiate a resolution claim.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your request and issue a store credit, full refund, or ship out a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
